Reza Artamevia Arrested When He Just Bought 0.78 Grams Of Crystal Methamphetamine, He Also Found A Suction Device

JAKARTA - Reza Artamevia was arrested by the police for consuming amphetamine or a type of methamphetamine drug. When he was arrested on Friday, September 5, Reza had just bought the shabu-shabu.

"The team conducted an investigation and succeeded in securing a woman who had just bought the crystal methamphetamine, for example RA," said Head of Public Relations at Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Yusri Yunus in a press statement at the Jakarta Metro Police Headquarters, Sunday, September 6.

Yusri said, Reza was arrested at a restaurant in Jala Raya Jatinegara, East Jakarta, yesterday, at around 16.00 WIB. When arrested, the police found evidence in the form of a crystal methamphetamine clip weighing 0.78 grams.

"At the time of his arrest, he found in his bag a clip of 0.78 grams of crystal methamphetamine," he said.

After that, the police went straight to Reza's residence in Cirendeu, South Tangerang. At Reza's house, the police searched and looked for other evidence related to the use of methamphetamine.

"We conducted a search at his residence. Inside his house, we found the bong or the suction device and the matches used to consume the crystal methamphetamine," said Yusri.

It is known, Reza has also been dragged into a case of narcotics and illegal drugs (narcotics) types of methamphetamine. The singer who was born on May 29, 1975 was arrested at the Golden Tulip Hotel, Mataram, Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, on August 28, 2016.

Four years ago, Reza was arrested with Aa Gatot Brajamusti. The evidence found was in the form of a plastic clip containing crystal methamphetamine, a methamphetamine, glass pipette, straw, gas lighter, and a wallet containing money and identity cards.

At that time, Reza was only undergoing an outpatient rehabilitation period at the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) clinic accompanied by two doctors, psychologists, and two counselors. Reza undergoes rehabilitation every two times a week, at least eight meetings.
