Syaefunnur explained that the incident occurred on September 15, 2020. At that time, he intended to make a joke video for his colleagues to always work honestly.

He admitted that he only shared the video with his friends. He suspected that someone had downloaded and uploaded it to Tiktok.

"What I sent to the Perumda. What's circulating is definitely from a download, not from Tiktok. From Tiktok, it's not like that," he said.
