SURABAYA - The case of the death of Novia Widyasari, a student of Universitas Brawijaya (Unibraw) continues. The latest, Bripda Randy Bagus Hari Sasongko, the suspect in this case will soon be tried.

"So regarding brother Randy yesterday, a trial was carried out with the result of an dishonorable discharge (PTDH). Then from the results of the criminal handling, the Mojokerto Prosecutor's Office has declared complete, just wait for the next update," said Head of Public Relations of the East Java Police, Kombes Gatot Repli Handoko in Surabaya, Wednesday, February 2nd.

Regarding Randy's criminal process, continued Gatot, the police are currently handing it over to the Mojokerto District Attorney's Office (Kejari). This was after the prosecutor stated that the case files faced by Randy were complete, aka P-21.

"So it's just a criminal prosecution process in general. At this time we have delegated those concerned to the Mojokerto Prosecutor's Office," he said.

Meanwhile, regarding the dismissal ceremony, Gatot said it was still waiting for the administrative process. "Later, we can see what the update looks like. If the administration is finished, then we can carry out the removal ceremony," he said.

In this case, Novia Widyasari, a student from Universitas Brawijaya (Unibraw) was found dead by committing suicide after drinking poison. Sadly, Novia Widyasari died on the grave of her father, in Sugihan Hamlet, Japan Village, Sooko District, Mojokerto Regency on Thursday, December 2.

After an investigation was carried out, the case of Novia's suicide apparently led to the issue of having a love affair with Bripda Randy, who in fact is a member of the Pasuruan Police.
