Deportation of Dutch Caucasians from Bali for violating visa conditions (DOK Immigration Singaraja)

BULELENG - A Dutch woman with the initials DMDG (58) was deported from Bali. This Dutch Caucasian was deported for violating the violation of the limited stay permit used for business.

"Abused a residence permit and a Dutch citizen was deported," said Head of the Singaraja Immigration Office, Bali, Nanang Mustofa, Tuesday, January 25.

The foreigner was deported based on the rules of Article 75 paragraph 1 of Law Number 6 concerning Immigration. This Dutch Caucasian violated his residence permit by doing business in Bunutan Village, Karangasem Regency. This Dutch Caucasian is carrying out a digital business, namely website creation services.

"It is also known that several websites are being worked on at that place. The person concerned is the holder of a limited stay permit (ITAS) for the elderly which is valid until December 23, 2022," he added.

For committing a violation, the Immigration deported this Dutch Caucasian. The deportation was carried out through Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Cengkareng Banten.

"It is hoped that this immigration administrative action will serve as a concrete form of immigration law enforcement in the work area of the Class II TPI Singaraja Immigration Office," said Nanang.
