Even Though The Request For Rehabilitation Has Not Been Granted, Komika Fico Fachriza Is Already At The RSKO

JAKARTA - Komika Fico Fachriza was temporarily placed in the Drug Addiction Hospital (RSKO). The reason for being entrusted is because they are waiting for the assessment process related to the request for rehabilitation.

"He (Fico, ed) is in a temporary hospital," said Director of Drug Investigation of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Mukti Juharsa when confirmed, Thursday, January 20.

The request for rehabilitation, said Mukti, had been received a few days ago. However, whether it is permitted or not cannot be decided yet because it is waiting for the decision of the National Narcotics Agency (BNN).

"Currently we are still waiting for the decision of the Integrated Assessment Team (TAT) from the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) whether the application is accepted or not," said Mukti.

Mukti emphasized that if the request for rehabilitation is granted, it does not mean that the criminal process will stop. The police will continue to process the case until the court.

Then, regarding the results of the development of the synthetic tobacco narcotics case, Mukti said the team had not yet received maximum results. They are still looking for the narcotics supplier.

"We are still investigating the dealer," said Mukti.

Fico Fachriza was arrested by the police at his home in Pancoran Mas, Depok, West Java, Thursday, January 13. Police found a pack of cigarettes containing evidence of synthetic tobacco narcotics weighing 1.45 grams from Fico's house.

The police also said that Fico Fachriza had used gorilla tobacco since 2016. The reason this man took narcotics was to help him sleep and rest.

In this case, Fico was charged with Article 112 paragraph 1 subsidiary Article 27 paragraph 1 of Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics with a minimum prison sentence of 4 years and a maximum of 12 years.
