JAKARTA - A CCTV video recording of the theft has gone viral on social media. This time, the theft took place inside the Emergency Installation (IGD) building of the Kramat Jati Police Hospital, East Jakarta.

From the CCTV footage, it appears that the perpetrator wearing a red shirt came alone and carried out the theft of a bag containing two cell phones belonging to the patient's family.

"CCTV is a bit unclear, (the footage) is tilted and has its back to CCTV. The jacket or shirt or pants that were left behind will be identified later. We will look for the suspect later. We will coordinate inwardly for further repairs," he told reporters, Wednesday, January 19.

Kombes Edy said the location of the incident took place in an empty area but the patient's family used to wait.

"Indeed there is an electrical outlet for charging. The hope of the patient and the patient's family is to be careful in the future so that cases like this are likely to occur. If there are valuables, they can be entrusted to the picket officer," he said.
