"If it is difficult to interpret people with the word 'anjay', when is it a joke, when is it bullying. Because there is no derogatory word found in our vocabulary," he continued.

Meanwhile, Deputy Chairman of Commission VIII Ace Hasan Syadzili said that the word 'anjay' should not be interpreted as a form of bullying, let alone dragged into the realm of crime.

"If, for example, there is something that makes someone offended by using language that has the connotation of bullying, then we should first ask, clarify first," Ace told reporters.

He considered, if there is a problem due to the word, it is better if it is resolved through mediation rather than criminal law. In addition, it must be seen clearly whether this word is used as bullying or not.

Furthermore, the Chairman of the DPP Golkar Party invited parents to protect their children from using various slang as a form of bullying. This is because the use of this language is sometimes not fully understood and causes misunderstanding.

"If slang is not fully understood then it could have a specific purpose. In our context of socializing with children, parents must still avoid using words that have negative connotations and even tend to be used as a form of bullying or bullying.
