After Being Treated At The Hospital, The Fried Food Seller Who Killed The Moneylender With A Machete Was Immediately Arrested By The Police

TANGSEL – After undergoing medical treatment at IMC Ciputat Hospital, the police arrested the perpetrators of the murder of moneylenders in South Tangerang (Tangsel).

South Tangerang Criminal Investigation Unit Head, AKP Aldo Primananda Putra confirmed the arrest. Aldo said, CS (37) was immediately named a suspect yesterday, Monday, January 17.

"A statement has been taken, he has been named a suspect since yesterday," said Aldo when confirmed, Tuesday, January 18.

The Wakapolsek of East Ciputat, AKP Ahmad Mulyono said the same thing. He said the suspect only suffered minor injuries to his hands and head.

"The perpetrator suffered injuries to his right hand, left, and head," he said.

Now the perpetrator must be held accountable for his actions. CS was charged with Article 338 concerning Murder and or 351 Paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code with a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison.

Previously, it was reported that a commotion occurred between a loan shark with the initials NS and his client, CS, at Gang Sahlan, Ciputat, South Tangerang, Monday, January 17, at around 08.20 WIB. The commotion happened inside CS's house.

South Tangerang Police Chief, AKBP Sarly Sollu explained, the bloody incident occurred when NS who came to CS's house intended to collect a debt of Rp. 350 thousand. However, CS, who works as a fried food seller, has not been able to pay for it.

“This CS doesn't have money yet, so NS gets emotional. There was a beating on the head, based on the information from the perpetrator of the persecution (CS)," he said.

The beating by NS was the trigger for the murder. The two of them fought in CS's house until finally the perpetrator took a sharp weapon.

"Because CS did not accept the beating by NS, then he turned back, finally a duel occurred," he continued.

Sarly said, the perpetrator and the victim continued to bicker fiercely. As a result, the two of them dueled with sharp weapons.

“NS took the knife first and then snatched it from the body part of CS. Then this CS also saw a machete there, then took it and immediately cut the victim's front neck," he said.
