4 Days Disappeared In The Cisadane River, Bogor, The Joint Team Finally Found RA's Body

BOGOR - The joint SAR team evacuated the body of an angler named RA (23) in the Cisadane River, Rancabungur, Bogor Regency, West Java today. The victim is known to have been missing for four days since Sunday, January 9 evening.

"The location of the discovery is about 12 kilometers from the point where the victim disappeared. When he was found he was dead and had been handed over to his family," said the Young Disaster Management Officer at the Bogor Regency BPBD, M Adam when contacted, Antara, Wednesday, January 12.

The victim was found on the fourth day of the search which was carried out by diving by the SAR team, consisting of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), Brimob and members of the Damkar.

The victim was found at around 11.40 WIB on the bank of the Cisadane River, Cimanggu Village, RT 01/03, Mekarsari Village. The Camat of Dramaga, Tenny Ramdani said, RA (23) drifted in the Ciapus River at around 15.45 WIB.

At that time Rizky was fishing in the middle of the river by resting on the rocks. Then, suddenly the water flowed so fast that it dragged him.

Although he had survived for a while by holding on to the rocks, Rizky was finally defeated by the swift river water and carried away by the river.
