Rahmat Effendi Arrested By KPK, Ridwan Kamil Gives Directions To Bekasi City Government ASN

BEKASI - The Governor of West Java, Ridwan Kamil, gave directions to the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) of the Bekasi City Government at the Nonon Sontanie Hall of the Bekasi City Government, South Bekasi District, Bekasi.

He said, as public servants, the apparatus is required to continue to provide optimal service even in the midst of Bekasi's recent concerns.

"This is a matter of how performance must be given as a servant to the community in the midst of conditions and events that have occurred in Bekasi recently, between contemplation and seeking wisdom and so on," he said in Bekasi, quoted by Antara, Tuesday, January 11.

Ridwan Kamil reminded the state civil apparatus to have three principles that must be implemented, namely the fortress of integrity, a smile to serve, and adaptation to new things.

"I also directed the acting mayor of Bekasi to use the Nine Box Grid Talent Management system used by the West Java Provincial Government to make it easier to choose ASN who have high performance and potential," he said.

Kang Emil also explained the scope of the Team of Team's work pattern program which is the boundaries of individuals in groups and groups in giving assignments.

"From this determination, the team given the assignment can identify the extent to which the team has received an assignment according to the scope, such as an internal team in the field, between fields, across regional apparatus, and across agencies," he said.

Ridwan Kamil also hopes that all civil servants in Bekasi will be able to make the region more advanced, and develop Bekasi from all aspects, from human resources to infrastructure.

Meanwhile, the Acting Mayor of Bekasi, Tri Adhianto, expressed his gratitude for Kamil's visit to his area. "Furthermore, we are waiting for the direction and instructions of the Governor to give one spirit and enthusiasm to all of us," he said.
