SEMARANG - Inclusiveness and tolerance were emphasized by the Governor of Central Java, Ganjar Pranowo, to teachers to be applied in the school environment. This is because cases of bullying and sexual violence have recently been rife in the educational environment.

Ganjar said that during the handing over of the Decree on the Appointment of School Principals and the Briefing of the Governor of Central Java to the Heads of SMA and SLB at the Gradhika Bhakti Praja Building, Governor's Office Complex, Monday 10 January.

"We are really sad, ladies and gentlemen, yesterday there was a lot of sexual harassment in the media, sorry, is that the teacher's rape against students? Well, I want you to take care of that, really. I also have zero tolerance for that. Educate your children to have a good character," said Ganjar at the briefing.

When met after the event, Ganjar said that inclusiveness is important because of the fact that there are still many cases of bullying in schools.

"I encourage them to prepare inclusiveness in their schools. Yes, because there are many things that we have to build moderate tolerance for, because bullying often occurs, sexual violence occurs," said Ganjar.

Moreover, recently, continued Ganjar, cases of sexual violence are rife and involve teachers.

"So I entrust it, how come in the past few days we have seen cases of sexual violence from the teacher, so we are sad too," said Ganjar.

Ganjar left a message to change behavior in the school environment so that inclusiveness is built. If it is difficult, Ganjar opens the door of communication through the head of his service for consultation.

"If there is something else, we can communicate with us, and later we will be able to close a policy meeting if a new policy is needed," he said.

In addition, Ganjar also emphasized the principal regarding the practice of illegal levies or extortion which reports often appear to him.

"There is one public complaint, 'Pak Ganjar, why is there extortion'. So if what is outside the provisions, people always say extortion. Even though in fact it is sometimes an agreement from the committee," said Ganjar.

Ganjar does not deny that this practice is still happening. So the principal was asked to maintain integrity and communicate well.

"Now we leave it to them, one to manage schools well and there should be no extortion, no corruption, no collusion, maintaining integrity is important," he said.

Governor Ganjar Pranowo also emphasized to school principals to stick to the integrity pact that had been signed. Namely related to ideology to free themselves from political interests.

"There may be different political orientations, regarding bureaucratic suffrage. But when then we have to bring together, we bring red and white and we have to educate our children to have character. Don't let us get carried away with political orientation there ", said Ganjar.

On the other hand, Ganjar also emphasized that teachers and school principals must ensure their position in the state. No one should be joined or even affiliated with groups and organizations that are contrary to the ideology of the state.

"Clear huh? I remind you. PKI is stuck, HTI is not allowed, FPI is not allowed, I'm speaking openly because it's been banned. So if someone tries to go there, then the integrity of this second point will be violated. So the sanctions must be very strict, "said Ganjar.
