Arguing To Fill Up Internal Energy While Massaging But Actually Molested Three Students, The Owner Of An Islamic Boarding School In Bandung Became A Suspect

BANDUNG - The Bandung Police Criminal Investigation Unit (Satreskrim) has named a man with the initials H who is the owner of an Islamic boarding school in Ciparay, Bandung Regency, West Java, a suspect in the sexual abuse case against three female students.

Bandung Police Chief Kombes Kusworo Wibowo said the three female students who were victims of sexual abuse were minors. According to him, this unscrupulous action has taken place from 2019 to 2021.

"This (the perpetrator) is the owner of an Islamic boarding school (Islamic boarding school) whose actions were carried out on three students at the Islamic boarding school," said Kusworo at the Bandung Police, West Java, as reported by Antara, Monday, January 10.

According to him, H committed sexual immorality under the pretext of wanting to fill his inner strength with his victims. The perpetrators, he said, gave massages to the victims until they ended with indecent acts.

Kusworo said that the case was revealed when the witnesses' reports were submitted by his family to the Bandung Police. With the report, Kusworo said the police immediately started an investigation. The report was also addressed to H, who is suspected of being the perpetrator.

"So it took us less than a week to secure the suspect, and we determined his status as a suspect," he said.

However, he confirmed that so far the victims of this dishonorable act have not become pregnant. According to him, the police also accompanied the victims to relieve the trauma.

According to him, the perpetrators were charged with Articles 81 and 82 of the Child Protection Law, which carries a penalty of 15 years in prison.
