Survey: Most Potential Rewards Compared To Anies And Prabowo In The 2024 Presidential Election

JAKARTA - Indonesian Political Indicators conducted a survey of a number of names with the most potential to become presidential candidates in 2024. As a result, the Governor of Central Java, Ganjar Pranowo, became the winner in the simulation of three closed names.

The Indonesian Political Indicator Survey was conducted on 6-11 December 2021 with a total of 2020 respondents. Sampling using multistage random sampling method.

This survey has a margin of error of approximately ±2.9 percent at a 95 percent confidence level. The sample comes from all provinces which are proportionally distributed.

Indonesian Political Indicator executive director Burhanuddin Muhtadi said Ganjar was the most potential candidate.

His electability skyrocketed in the three-name simulation when compared to Prabowo Subianto or Anies Baswedan.

"If we isolate only respondents who know the three names, Ganjar's electability has skyrocketed," said Buhanuddin at a press conference, Sunday, December 9.

In the simulation of 3 closed names, at the national level Prabowo Subianto won with 35.4 percent, then Ganjar Pranowo 31.6 percent, and Anies Baswedan 24.4 percent.

In the group that knows Anies, also knows Ganjar and knows Prabowo, Ganjar Pranowo is quite dominant.

"This means that many people have not voted for Ganjar today because they don't know Ganjar. But if for example, they both know this is potential Ganjar (46.1 percent), Prabowo 23.8 percent, Anies 26.1 percent," he said.
