In the robbery incident, said Budi, the victim suffered bruises and scratches as a result of trying to defend his cell phone. "As a result of the perpetrator's actions, MOR's palm was slightly injured because he kept his cellphone," said Budi.

The police also confiscated evidence in the form of a motorcycle, a helmet belonging to the perpetrator, a jacket, a pair of pants and a cellphone belonging to the victim.

As a result of his actions, the suspect was charged with the criminal act of theft with violence as referred to in Article 365 of the Criminal Code with a threat of nine years in prison.
