"If it is not appropriate, I hope that I will resign myself. There is no competition between OPDs. Because I removed (officials) from their positions because the outputs and outcomes did not match," he said.
In addition to implementing a performance contract, Mayor Eri Cahyadi also ensures that he will regularly rotate every 1, 2 or a maximum of every 3 years. For him, during that period, Civil Servants (PNS) within the Surabaya City Government must be rotated so that they can feel each other's OPD.
"In 2022 the needs of the people will definitely be greater. I gave an example, when I went down myself there were still people who didn't go to school, there were stunting meals.
