'What Do You Want To Report', Gubsu Edy Rahmayadi Responds To The Call For The Papuan PON Billiards Coach He Dijewer

MEDAN - The Papua PON billiards coach, Khoiruddin Aritonang alias Choki, plans to report North Sumatra Governor (Gubsu) Edy Rahmayadi to the North Sumatran Police because he had his ears pulled in public. But Choki first sent a 1x24 subpoena so that Governor Edy apologized publicly.

Responding to the Choki he picked up, Governor Edy Rahmayadi asked back.

"What do you want to report, the report has conditions," said Gubsu Edy, Thursday, December 30.

However, Governor Edy did not want to talk too much about his problems with Choki. Governor Edy Rahmayadi joked that if Choki really reported him to the police, the reporters would defend him.

"You are the ones who defend me," said Governor Edy.

Previously, when met with his attorney, Khairuddin Aritonang or Choki said that his party had sent a subpoena to Edy Rahmayadi. Through the summons, Choki hoped that Governor Edy would apologize to him publicly.

"We have given a subpoena to Edy Rahmayadi, we sent it at 13.00 WIB, the letter has been received. We hope that in that subpoena we convey we hope that Edy apologizes for admitting mistakes and not justifying his actions," said Choki accompanied by his legal representative, Teguh Syuhada, Thursday, 30 December.

The subpoena against Governor Edy is valid for 1x24 hours since the letter was received. According to him, Gubsu Edy will be reported under Article 310 of the Criminal Code regarding insults and the Human Rights Law Number 39 of 2009 if he does not respond to the summons.

"If we refer to the summons, 1 x 24 hours, it means that tomorrow at 2 pm we will report it to the North Sumatra Police," he explained.

In addition, Choki also reported the actions of Governor Edy Rahmayadi who pinched his ear to the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Chair of the North Sumatra DPRD.

During this case, Choki admitted that he received many offers for mediation. In addition, the PON Papua billiards coach admitted that he had never received any pressure after this case emerged to the public.

"Many people want this mediation, a lot. But that's not the case, mediation, shake hands, I'm sorry, that's not the case," he said.

In addition, Choki claimed to have been met by the Chairman of the North Sumatra KONI. The chairman of the North Sumatran KONI advised him not to stir up this issue anywhere and withdraw it into political affairs.

"I have (meeted). The solution is, there is a meeting, there is peace. But I am confused as to what, I'm sorry, there are many elements that I have to think about," he said.

Meanwhile, the Regent of Central Tapanuli, Bakhtiar Ahmad Sibarani, responded to the action of the Governor of North Sumatra (Gubsu) Edy Rahmayadi twisting the ear of the Papua PON coach in billiards. Governor Edy was advised to apologize because the incident had become a national concern.

"It would be more dignified if Governor Edy Rahmayadi apologized to the billiards coach who was humiliated during the delivery of the love ropes," said Bakhtiar Sibarani, Thursday, December 30.

Bakhtiar suspected that what Governor Edy had done to Khoiruddin Aritonang was just a joke. But the Regent of Tapteng still suggested that the problem with the Billiards coach be straightened out by apologizing.

"I only suggested to Mr. Edy to apologize. Because in my opinion, maybe at the time of the incident Mr. Governor might have joked with the coach and people judged differently. But if it was immediately straightened out and could say sorry, it would be much wiser. Because people who admit mistakes are far greater than people who always look for justifications for what they do," he said.
