West Java Police Investigator To Bahar Bin Smith's House, Police Headquarters: Nothing Special

JAKARTA - The National Police stated that there was nothing special regarding the arrival of West Java Police investigators to Bahar bin Smith's house. Because, the purpose is only to deliver the Notification of the Commencement of Investigation (SPDP).

"There is nothing special, (only, red) between SPDPs," said the Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Public Relations Division, Brigadier General Ahmad Ramadhan, to reporters, Thursday, December 30.

The statement also denied that there was an issue if the West Java Police investigator came to sowan to Bahar bin Smith. Their goal is only to deliver SPDP.

Where, the West Java Police handled a case of alleged hate speech with the reported party Bahar bin Smith.

"What is clear is that one Police member's goal is to go to the place concerned to deliver an SPDP letter. That's all," said Ramadhan.

Previously, the National Police stated that there were two reports received regarding the alleged hate speech case involving Bahar bin Smith. Where, the two reports are in different regions.

"So there are 2 LPs (Police Reports) first at Polda Metro Jaya and second LP at Polda West Java," said Ramadhan.
