Social Minister Risma Says 98.91 Percent Of DTKS Have Matched Dukcapil

JAKARTA - Social Minister Tri Rismaharini revealed that 98.91 percent of the integrated social welfare data (DTKS) has been matched with population data and civil registration data (dukcapil).

Risma revealed that the 98.91 percent figure was obtained from the number of DTKS as of 24 December 2021 as many as 142,341,780 people.

"We have updating data, such as BPJS PBI (Recipients of Contribution Assistance), we make improvements because in every one of them someone dies, moves and is born. We update the data every month," said Risma as quoted by Antara, Wednesday, December 29. Risma said 355 regencies/cities or 69.07 percent of the regions have been actively improving the population identification number (NIK), so that DTKS will continue to move and be very dynamic.

To match DTKS, he said the data collected must be corrected by the local government in the first and second weeks. Then in the third week it will be repaired by the Ministry of Social Affairs.

"Because we have to match it with population data, if there are proposals, double, and so on," said the former Mayor of Surabaya for two periods.

In addition, Risma said that her party used technology with geospatial data to correct DTKS. From this data, the Ministry of Social Affairs will observe the development of the welfare of the beneficiaries (PM) from the appearance of the house.

"For example, there is a PM who has a three-story house, but the recipient of the social assistance, we return it to the region because according to Law 13/2011 concerning the poor that the data is a regional proposal, we must know in detail," he said.
