BANDUNG - Commander of the Army Military Police Center (Danpuspom AD) Lt. Gen. TNI Chandra W Sukotjo explained that the three TNI personnel involved in the collision in Nagreg that killed the two people had different roles.

According to Chandra, the three individuals had the initials Colonel P, Koptu DA, and Kopda A. The three allegedly used a car with license plate number B-300-Q driven by Koptu DA at the time of the collision.

"At the TKP, (the car) was driven by Koptu DA. Colonel P and Kopda A were riding in the vehicle," said Chandra in Limbangan, Garut Regency, West Java, quoted by Antara, Monday, December 27.

According to Chandra, the car that the suspects were traveling in was Colonel P's private car. The car was a black Isuzu Panther.

Meanwhile, the collision occurred on Jalan Raya Nagreg in the area around the Ciaro gas station, Nagreg District, Bandung Regency, West Java, on Wednesday, December 8.

However, Chandra has so far not been able to explain the role of the three TNI personnel after the collision. Because according to him it is still in the process of being investigated.

In addition, the military police are still investigating the motives of the suspects who allegedly threw the bodies of the victims, namely Handi (16) and Salsabila (14) into the river.

"As for motivation, this is being revealed by investigators," said Chandra.

Previously, a collision involving Handi, Salsabila, and three Indonesian Army personnel occurred on December 8, 2021. After the incident, the victims were allegedly taken by the three TNI personnel and mysteriously disappeared.

Then on December 11, the bodies of the two victims were found in the Serayu River in Central Java. After being found, the bodies of the victims were returned to their families and buried.
