JRC Survey: Risma In The Top Order Of The Cagub DKI, Riza Patria In The Third Position

JAKARTA - The Jakarta Research Center (JRC) survey agency stated that the electability of Tri Rismaharini (Risma), Anies Baswedan, and Ahmad Riza Patria (Ariza) were in the top three positions on the Jakarta gubernatorial candidate exchange.

"Risma excels in the DKI Jakarta cagub exchange, while Ariza is increasingly pursuing Anies," said JRC Communications Director Alfian P in a written statement quoted by Antara, Wednesday, December 22.

Alfian said that the electability of the Minister of Social Affairs Risma tends to be stable throughout 2021, occupying the first position with a percentage of 36.3 percent.

Then, DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan came in second with an electability of 25.5 percent, followed by DKI Jakarta Deputy Governor Ahmad Riza Patria at around 14.0 percent.

A number of other names, such as Sandiaga Uno (5.0 percent) and Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (4.4 percent) who have competed in the 2017 DKI Jakarta Regional Head Election (Pilkada).

Other figures who are considered to be competing in the 2024 DKI Pilkada, include the Mayor of Bogor Bima Arya (2.5 percent), West Java Governor Ridwan Kamil (2.3 percent), and the Chairman of the DKI Golkar DPD Ahmed Zaki Iskandar (1.5 percent). .

Furthermore, Solo Mayor Gibran Rakabuming Raka (1.6 percent), Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI) politician Tsamara Amany Alatas (1.0 percent), and Nasdem DPR member Ahmad Sahroni (0.3 percent).

Alfian said that so far Anies has been encouraged to compete in the 2024 presidential election, but Anies' electability has decreased in the 2024 Jakarta Pilkada market.

"But in DKI Jakarta, which is his own region, Anies' electability has actually declined," said Alfian.

Alfian said that Anies' term of office would end next year, while the DKI Jakarta Pilkada would only be held in 2024, so Anies had to go through a 1-2 year gap to run for the second period of the DKI Pilkada or Presidential Election.

The Jakarta Research Center conducted a face-to-face survey to 800 respondents representing the entire DKI Jakarta area on 10-15 December 2021 through the "multistage random sampling" method with a margin of error of 3.4 percent and a confidence level of 95 percent.
