Bandarlampung Police Deploy 561 Personnel To Guard The NU Congress, Prokes At Lodging Locations Are Strictly Supervised

BANDARLAMPUNG - The Bandarlampung Police have prepared 561 personnel to secure the succession of the 34th NU Congress held in the city.

"The personnel we have involved are approximately 561 personnel. This is only from our side, later there will be health workers from the Bandarlampung City Government and other units, such as the TNI, Civil Service Police, to join forces to launch the NU Congress," said Bandarlampung Police Chief Kombes Ino Hariyanto in Bandarlampung , Between, Friday, December 17th.

He said that later the COVID-19 Task Force (Satgas) would be present at the conference meeting locations, hotels and inns where participants were staying.

"We will also place the facilities and infrastructure that we have at the location of activities and lodging," he said.

He said, in an effort to make the NU Congress a success, which several activities will take place in Bandarlampung City, his party has carried out cross-sectoral coordination with hotels and inns.

"In this meeting, we discussed how to act in hotel accommodation locations and other places, so that each agency understands its duties," he said.

Accommodation and activities will be monitored by the implementation of strict health protocols. Then participants will also be asked to fulfill predetermined requirements, such as registering online, having been vaccinated and bringing a COVID-19 free certificate.

"With the tightening, there should be no participants who are not detected by COVID-19 bringing the virus to this area. We will guarantee and ensure that the NU Congress in Bandar Lampung runs safely, smoothly and in an orderly manner," he said.
