Ex-Grogol Urban Village Head, Asep Subhan, Fulfills The Police Call Regarding Djoko Tjandra

JAKARTA - The former Head of South Grogol Urban Village, Asep Subhan, has fulfilled the summons for investigation at the Police Criminal Investigation Unit. Asep was examined as a witness in the alleged forgery of Djoko Tjandra's fake passport papers.

"Currently, the person concerned is being investigated," said the Director of General Crimes at Bareskrim Polri, Brigadier General Ferdy Sambo in his statement, Tuesday, August 18.

It is not yet known exactly what the police will investigate from Asep Subhan. However, there is a strong suspicion that he will be asked for information regarding the process of making e-KTP as a series of fake travel documents.

Making Djoko Tjandra's e-KTP did not take long, aka lightning. This is allegedly due to Asep's hand.

This case started when Asep Subah met with Anita Kolopaking. During the meeting discussed the making of Djoko Tjandra's e-KTP as a requirement to apply for a review (PK) at the South Jakarta District Court.

Asep then ordered one of the Satpel operators for Population and Civil Registration of Grogol Village to check Djoko Tjandra's data.

Then on June 8 Asep received and escorted the applicant himself to do the recording. There Asep immediately asked for Djoko Tjandra's e-KTP issuance service by only showing Djoko Tjandra's KTP and Family Card (KK) from inside Asep's cellphone in the form of a photo.

In the case of the Djoko Tjandra road letter, the police have named three people as suspects. They are Anita Kolopaking, Brigadier General Prasetyo Utomo and Jaksa Pinangki.

Meanwhile, Attorney Pinangki was also named a suspect by the Attorney General's Office. This is because he is suspected of receiving gratuities from Djoko Tjandra. In addition, Pinangki was also proven to have traveled abroad and was suspected of having a meeting with Djoko Tjandra.
