Metro Police Chief Angry Due To Member Rejected Robbery Reports

JAKARTA - Metro Jaya Police Chief Inspector General Fadil Imran was furious with Second Police Inspector Adjutant (Aipda) Rudi Panjaitan's attitude. This is because the member of the Integrated Police Service Center (SPKT) of the Pulogadung Police had refused to accept the report of the victim of a robbery.

Aipda Rudi Panjaitan's attitude which angered the two-star general began when a woman named Meta Kumala (32) made a confession video that went viral on social media.

The video tells about Apida Rudi Panjaitan's unprofessional attitude. In fact, at that time, Meta wanted to make a report because she was a victim of a crime at the Pulogadung Police.

She became a victim of the tire burst mode theft that she experienced on Sunan Sedayu Street, Rawamangun, Pulogadung, East Jakarta.

However, in the reporting process, Meta received unpleasant treatment. The treatment in question was that Aipda Rudi Panjaitan had refused to report and made a statement that the reporting actually made it difficult for him.

In fact, a police officer should protect the community. Moreover, it must take action against all forms of crime.

With the attitude of its members, Fadil stated that Aipda Rudi Panjaitan had hurt the hearts of the people. In fact, at that time the presence of the police as law enforcement officers was needed.

"There are members of the Pulogadung Police who are strange. People come to report instead of being served, but what happens actually hurts people's hearts," said Inspector General Fadil, quoted by VOI from the Instagram account @kapoldametrojaya, Wednesday, December 15.

In fact, Fadil, who looked angry, asked his staff to immediately give strict sanctions. Aipda Rudi Panjaitan will also be transferred to the regions.

"I ask for this in East Jakarta immediately, the Provos immediately conduct a disciplinary hearing for the mutation of the turn-off area out of the Metro Jaya Police," he said.

With this case in mind, Fadil also asked all his staff to supervise the members on duty at the SPKT. Because, they are a reflection of members of the Police.

"I ask Mr. Irwasyda, Head of Propam, please bring order to these SPKT-SPKT, Mr. Head of Police, yes," said Fadil.

"In the future, if there are members who still tarnish the purity of their profession, I ask the Head of Propam and the ranks to sue with a turn-off area penalty," he continued.

Separately, East Jakarta Metro Police Chief Grand Commissioner Erwin Kurniawan stated that for now Aipda Rudi Panjaitan had been investigated intensively. In fact, he has been removed from his position temporarily.

"Against the perpetrators, we have carried out an intensive examination, and we have transferred them in the context of the examination so as not to interfere with the investigation by the East Jakarta Police Propam," said Erwin.

Then, his party will speed up the sentencing process against Aipda Rudi Panjaitan. So, all his actions can be accounted for.

"We will speed up the sentence and we will hear it on Wednesday," he said.
