JAKARTA – The discovery of a young woman's body in a boarding room that caused an uproar among residents of Sempu Banten Girang, Cipare Village, Serang District on Sunday, December 12, created a riddle. Because when they were first found, the identification team saw that there was a wound on the victim's leg, DP (20).

The Head of Public Relations of the Banten Police AKBP Shinto Silitonga explained that after the discovery of DP's body, the investigator from the Satreskrim Serkot Polda Banten immediately conducted an autopsy to determine the cause of death and the time of death.

"After receiving a report on the findings of the body, the Serang City Criminal Investigation Unit investigators requested an autopsy at the Dr. Drajat Prawiranagara Hospital (RSDP) Serang." Shinto explained when confirmed, Monday, December 13.

During the 3 hour process, Shinto revealed the results of the autopsy on DP's body.

"From the autopsy results, the initial conclusion was that there were no signs of violence on the victim's body. The victim was known to have lung disease," explained Shinto.

Until now, the Serkot Police Satreskrim investigators are still waiting for the official autopsy results from the Serang Hospital.

"For the official autopsy results, we are still waiting from the Serang Hospital," said Shinto Silitonga.

Meanwhile, Serkot Police Chief AKBP Maruli Ahiles Hutapea emphasized that there were no signs of violence on DP's body.

"There were no signs of violence against the victim. We are still waiting for official results from the autopsy team of RSDP Serang," said Maruli.
