After Being Sworn In As A National Police ASN, What Are The Activities Of Novel Baswedan Cs?

JAKARTA - Novel Baswedan and 43 former employees of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) have now been officially inaugurated as State Civil Apparatus (ASN) of the National Police on Thursday, December 9.

So what are they busy with right now? Karo Penmas, Police Public Relations Division, Brigadier General Rusdi Hartono, said that Novel Baswedan and colleagues were currently conducting orientation.

This activity was carried out for two weeks from Friday, December 10 to December 23 at the Education Center for the Administration of the National Police Education Institute (Pusdikmin Lemdikpol), Bandung, West Java.

"The 44 ASN Polri carried out orientation and debriefing activities, which were carried out at the Pusdikmin Polri, Bandung. From December 10 to 23, 2021," Rusdi told reporters, Saturday, December 11.

There are a number of activities that Novel Cs will carry out. One of them is listening to the briefing provided by the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (Kemenpan-RB) to a number of main officers of the National Police Headquarters.

"Lectures from the Kemenpan-RB, the Head of LAN (State Administration Agency) RI, and lectures from the main officials of the National Police Headquarters, including the US Chief of Police, Asrena Kapolri, and the Head of the Propam Division," he said.

In addition, dozens of new ASN Bhayangkara Corps received lectures on national development system policies.

"Lectures on policies on the national development system, policies and transformation of human resource management for apparatus, policies for managing government organizations, discussion activities on these policies," added Rusdi.

As previously reported, the inauguration of Novel Baswedan and other former KPK employees will be held at the Rupatama Building, Police Headquarters. Furthermore, they will carry out special tasks from the National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, namely overseeing COVID-19 funds and national strategic projects and helping to oversee the national economic recovery.
