JAKARTA - The Indonesia Onic team won the 2025 Spring Free Fire World Series Southeast Asia (FFWS SEA) after topping the overall standing in the Grand Finals which was held at the Vietnam National Convention Center, Hanoi, Vietnam, Saturday, June 14.
Onic played consistently during the FFWS SEA 2025 Spring which carries a new format by reaching the Champion Rush to win the title.
"Previously Onic did not qualify for the final, it made us slump, but in this season we proved that we deserved the champion. Because many were blasphemed even though the league had not yet finished," said Onic Xyro's player after the victory, as broadcast by Free Fire, in the same way.
"This is the right Onic roster evidence for the SEA Games," said coach Onic AFM added.
Playing without two days of Point Rush, Onic played consistently in every game in the Grand Finals. Despite not getting Booyah at the start of the match, the team nicknamed "yellow-land" competed for points with 11 other teams, including three teams from Indonesia, namely RRQ Kazu, Bigetron Esports, and EVOS.
Buriram Esports became a strong competitor, especially since the Thai team managed to win Booyah in the first game. The team from the White Elephant Country still dominated when All Games Global (AG) stole Booyah in the second game.
The Indonesian team was still struggling when the third game of the Kalahari map was again quasi-buriram Esports. However, Bigetron Esports' fourth game opened Booyah for Indonesia which brought him to third in the standings, while Onic was in fourth position.
On thembar map, Abaay closed the fifth game with Booyah for RRQ Kazu after a fight with Team Flash's home team. Furthermore, the Indonesian team was unstoppable with Bigetron scoring a Booyah hat trick in the sixth game of the Solara map and the seventh game map
Solara's eighth game map is controlled by the Indonesian team RRQ Kazu and EVOS in the race for the last place. RRQ Kazu got Booyah, as well as activated the Champion Rush along with Bigetron Esports and Onic.
