Gisel Checked Again To Complete The Files Of The Perverted Video Case

JAKARTA - The police stated that the examination of Gisella Anastasia was only to complete the case file. Because the research prosecutor assessed that the case file for Gisella's video nasty case was incomplete.

"This additional examination was carried out on instructions from the prosecutor regarding the case files which were deemed incomplete," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes E. Zulpan to reporters, Friday, December 10.

The examination of Gisella alias Gisel lasted for an hour. During the examination, investigators asked 12 questions.

"The examination was carried out from 09.00 WIB to 10.00 WIB. So it was only 1 hour of examination," said Zulpan.

However, Zulpan was reluctant to detail the examination material and the shortcomings of the case file. The reason is that the examination is the authority of the investigator.

"There were several questions given by investigators related to the prosecutor's instructions to complete the files that were considered lacking. So that an additional examination was carried out," said Zulpan.

For information, Gisel was named a suspect in a pornographic video case, on December 29. The determination of the suspect after both admitted that the actor in the video was them.

In this case, investigators used Article 4 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 29 and/or Article 8 of Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography to suspect the two suspects.

The making of a nasty video between MYD and Gisel was carried out in 2017. At that time, Gisel was still Gading Marten's legal wife. Gisel and Gading got married on September 14, 2013 in Bali. The two divorced in 2019.
