Swordsman Clara Gopa reported Wulan_Ayucomell's Instagram account for alleged defamation to the Malang Jatim/SPECIAL Police

MALANG - Swordsman Clara Gopa reported Wulan_Ayucomell's Instagram account for alleged defamation. Accompanied by her attorney, Darius Situmorang, Clara Gopa came to the Malang City Police Station.

The reporting began with uploading photos on the aliya_pendaki_syantik_malang Instagram account on Tuesday, November 30. He uploaded a photo of Clara Gopa.

However, the post was accompanied by a sarcastic tone. He wrote, 'Lapo this fraudster' in the comments column. Therefore, this Watermelon Duo personnel was furious and decided to report the Instagram account.

According to Darius, the italicized comments are baseless and lead to defamation.

"As a lawyer for Clara Gopa, I object to the submission of an account from the aliyah_pendaki_syantik_malang Instagram comment column which mentions our client as a fraud," Darius told reporters, Friday, December 3.

According to Darius, this complaint has been followed up by the authorities. In the report, his party has also included evidence in the form of screenshots of the comments.

Meanwhile, Clara Gopa, who was also present in the reporting process, said she was surprised to see the comments made by an unknown account. For Clara, the post was detrimental to her because it was posted in a public space.

“Clara feels slandered because the post was seen by many people. The writing is a fraud, Clara is surprised, "he said.

Separately, the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Malang City Police, Kompol Tinton Yudha Riambodo, when confirmed regarding Clara Gopa's reporting, admitted that he was still following up on it.

"At us (Reskrim, ed) the letter has not yet been sent. We will check it soon," he said briefly.
