Minister Tjahjo Reveals Shocking Facts, 16 Echelon I Candidates Failed Because Their Partners Loved Opening Social Media Of Radical And Terrorist Figures

JAKARTA - Minister of Administrative Reform-Bureaucracy Reform (MenPAN-RB) Tjahjo Kumolo said there were 16 echelon I candidates who failed because their wives and husbands opened social media accounts of figures affiliated with radicalism and terrorism.

This was conveyed in the National Seminar on Bureaucratic Reform to Improve the Implementation of Bureaucratic Reform in Regional Governments through the Commitment of Provincial and Regency/City Government Leaders which was held on Wednesday, November 1st.

"In the PPA trial, almost 16 candidates for echelon I were already great, professors, doctors starting from the bottom up, joining the TPA failed to become echelon I because of the behavior of his wife or husband," said Tjahjo as shown on YouTube by the Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal, and Security Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia.

"His wife works at night to open social media for radical figures, terrorist figures. Failed," he added.

Tjahjo said the above was not merely an assumption or accusation. He said that all the evidence of the application, the track record of the media in the device had been properly recorded.

Furthermore, Tjahjo also explained that this attitude was taken because the notion of terrorism and radicalism is a threat to the nation. Thus, a firm stance must be taken.

"Anyway, what smells like terrorism, radicalism is a threat to the nation. We must dare to be alert, who are friends, who are enemies. It is individuals, groups, and groups who openly or secretly spread the problem of terrorist radicalism," he explained.

"Including Echelon II, Echelon I, his family who smelled this, or liked to open social media, were dropped. Due to application evidence, all media track records on their cellphones can be recorded properly," added Tjahjo.

Furthermore, he also revealed that the KemenPAN-RB often issues State Civil Apparatus Decrees to terminate those exposed to radicalism and terrorism. However, Tjahjo did not mention the number.

"Almost every month we issue ASN decrees that we stop because they are exposed to terrorism radicalism," he concluded.
