BANYUWANGI - The man with the initials DF (44) from Kertosari Village, Banyuwangi, East Java looked down after being arrested by the police. This man stole his wife's motorbike.

This theft was alleged because DF was hurt. Because two weeks ago this man in Banyuwangi was evicted from the residence of his wife, Luluk Aisyah.

Banyuwangi police chief, AKP Kusmin, said the theft occurred on Tuesday, November 23 night. The victim discovered the theft when he was about to go to the market. The victim was shocked that his motorbike had disappeared.

"The victim was looking for her motorbike, which was branded Honda Scoopy, black and red, police number P-5648-UL. However, she couldn't find it. Finally, the victim reported to the Banyuwangi Police", said AKP Kusmin, Friday, November 26.

After receiving the report, the police immediately launched an investigation. The results of the examination of the victim and several witnesses, the mastermind behind this theft are DF, the husband of the victim's series.

"DF brought the spare key to the motorbike. He used the spare key to take the motorbike away", he said.

The police then hunted down DF. Not long after that, the police managed to secure DF and the stolen motorbike from his hiding place, in Ketapang Village, Kalipuro, Banyuwangi.

"We have secured the perpetrators and evidence. The perpetrators are suspected of theft by weight, as referred to in Article 363 paragraph (1) of the 3rd Criminal Code", said AKP Kusmin.
