Listen! These Are The Equipment And Prohibitions For 2021 CPNS SKB Participants When Running Exams

JAKARTA - The State Civil Service Agency (BKN) announced the schedule for the 2021 CPNS Field Competency Selection (SKB) phase II which will be held from 27 November 2021 to 9 December.

The announcement was stated in a letter numbered 13/PANPEL.BKN/CPNS/XI/2021 regarding the Schedule for the Implementation of the SKB Using the Computer Assisted Test (CAT).

The selection process for the technical competence of the position applied for is carried out using the Computer Assisted Test (CAT), the weighting is 75 percent. Then interviews related to Pancasila values, individuals, and BKN organizations, with a weight of 25 percent.

In its implementation, SKB participants must prepare a number of items, namely:

1. Original Identity Card (KTP)/Certificate of Replacement for original valid KTP/Original Family Card/copy of Family Card legalized by the authorized official;
2. Original SKB Exam Participant Identity Card that has been printed through the https://sscasn.bkn page. go.id;
3. Health declaration form that has been printed within 14 (fourteen) days and no later than 1 (one) day prior to the examination through the https://sscasn.bkn.go.id page;
4. RT PCR swab test results for a maximum period of 3x24 hours or rapid antigen tests for a maximum period of 1x24 hours with negative/non-reactive results;
5. Certificate/certificate of having received the minimum first dose of vaccine, specifically for participants residing in Java, Madura, and Bali;
6. Government Doctor's Certificate from Government Hospital/Puskesmas, specifically for participants in the Java, Madura, and Bali regions who cannot be vaccinated because they are pregnant/breastfeeding or COVID-19 survivors for less than 3 (three) months or comorbid patients, and;
7. a wooden pencil (not a mechanical pencil).

In addition, BKN also prohibits participants from doing the following activities:      

1. Carry a notebook
2. Use a watch
3. Wear jewelry (accessories of any kind)
4. Carry a belt
5. Use a calculator
6. Use electronic equipment (mobile phones, laptops, tablets, and cameras)
7. Carry a sharp weapon
8. Use a computer other than the CAT application
9. Ask or talk during the selection
10. Go out of the room selection
11. Bring food and drinks to the selection room
12. Smoking
