JAKARTA - Kodam Jaya clarified the viral news regarding a dispute that occurred between passengers at Terminal 2 of Soekarno Hatta Airport, Sunday, November 21.

It is known that the two people are members of Commission III of the DPR from the PDIP faction, Arteria Dahlan, with a woman who claims to be a 'family of three-star general'. Kapendam Jaya Colonel Arh Herwin BS said that the problem that was mentioned because the woman cursed Arteria's mother was purely a dispute. "It was purely a dispute between two civilian passengers," said Kapendam Jaya at his office at Mapendam Jaya Cililitan, East Jakarta, Monday, November 22.

Furthermore, Kapendam Jaya conveyed that the incident of misunderstanding and a verbal altercation between domestic arrival passengers which occurred at around 18.30 WIB had been reported to the Soetta Airport Police.

"For the background of the dispute, it is still in the process of being investigated. The viral verbal altercation occurred in terminal two of Soetta airport arrivals and has been handled by the Soekarno-Hatta Airport Police," explained Kapendam Jaya.

Furthermore, it is still waiting for the ongoing process in the police. He hoped that the matter could be resolved amicably between the two parties.

"So we'll just have to wait and see how it will be resolved because this problem has been handled by the Soekarno-Hatta Airport Police. It is hoped that both parties can resolve it peacefully," said Kapendam Jaya.
