Bareskrim Investigate @son1x666 Twitter Account Claims Police Data Hack

JAKARTA - The Twitter social media account @son1x666 is in the spotlight. Because, it has claimed to have succeeded in hacking the data of all members of the Police.

In the account's tweet, attached three links as an example that came that had been hacked. Where, the two links contain data that must be downloaded and are suspected to contain data from members of the Police.

While for one other link contains sentences in English. If interpreted, broadly related to hacking actions on the grounds of not supporting the government.

"I'm doing this because I don't support the government and how they treat their own people," wrote the account @son1x666.

"Many Indonesians have contacted me talking about their living situation in Indonesia. So I identified myself with them, and decided to help with whatever I could, so this is the reason I made this leak," he continued.

Confirmed regarding the hacking action, the Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo stated that his party had followed up on the matter. However, the search results have not yet been released.

"It's being handled by the Criminal Investigation Bureau," said Dedi briefly.
