CIREBON - The Cirebon Police Narcotics Head, West Java AKP Danu Raditya Atmaja, said that the surveillance of state civil servants (ASN) who are traffickers for shabu-shabu has been around for a long time.

"We've been stalking AM (a shabu-shabu dealer) for a long time," Danu said in Cirebon, as reported by Antara, Friday, November 12.

According to him, the ASN AM who works in one of the services within the Cirebon Regency Government is known to have been a dealer for a long time.

However, this is the first time he has been arrested by the Cirebon Police Narcotics Unit, after conducting surveillance on an individual who is an official in one of the services.

He conveyed that the arrest of the ASN was after reports from various sources that the person concerned was a narcotics dealer of methamphetamine type.

"We have also named ASN AM as a suspect, because it fulfills all the elements," he said. Danu said that the ASN person who was trafficked for shabu-shabu narcotics had been running his illicit business for more than a year, but this was the first time he was arrested.

"It has been more than a year (the person concerned has become a city)," he said.

He added that at the time of his arrest the ASN was found in possession of more than 3 grams of methamphetamine.

"We also confiscated several other evidences, such as scales, proof of transactions, and also plastic to break up the meth to be wrapped in economical packages," he said.
