Involved In CPNS Mode Fraud, Nia Danianty's Child, Olivia Nathania Is Snared Under Article 378

JAKARTA - The police stated that Olivia Nathania had been named a suspect in a CPNS fraud. So, in this case, Olivia is charged with Article 378 of the Criminal Code.

"(The alleged Article) 378 is based on the report to us about the CPNS fraud," said Deputy Director General of the Polda Metro Jaya AKBP Jerry Siagian when confirmed, Thursday, November 11.

The use of this article on fraud, said Jerry, is because so far only that element has been proven. However, it is possible to use other articles if later other criminal elements are found along with the investigation process.

On the other hand, regarding the possible detention of Olivia, Jerry continued, he could not be sure. This is because the matter can only be determined after the investigation process is complete.

"We will see developments after the results of the examination. Whether cooperative or not depends on the examination. We will wait," said Jerry.

Olivia Nathania has been named a suspect in the alleged CPNS fraud case. In fact, Olivia was examined with her status as a suspect.

"Today's summons as a suspect is not a witness anymore. The suspect has been determined," said Olivia's lawyer, Susanti.

However, for now only Olivia has been named a suspect. Although, in this case Olivia's husband was also reported.

"Only Oi is the suspect," said Susanti.

Olivia Nathania and her husband, RN, were reported for a civil servant recruitment fraud case. The report was addressed to the Directorate General of Criminal Investigation of the Polda Metro Jaya.

In addition, the report is registered with the number LP/B/4728/IX/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA, Date: 23 September 2021. The articles reported are Article 378 of the Criminal Code and or Article 372 of the Criminal Code and or Article 263 of the Criminal Code.
