JAKARTA - PT Transport Jakarta (TransJakarta) has reactivated the operation of four routes in line with the increasing mobility of the community during the implementation of Level 1 of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) in Jakarta.

The four routes that have resumed operations are Poris Plawad–Senayan Roundabout (T11), University of Indonesia–Lebak Bulus (D21), BSD–Jelambar (S11) and Kaliadem–Kota (12A).

Head of the Corporate Secretary and Public Relations Division of PT TransJakarta Angelina Betris said the reactivation of the four services was carried out to facilitate the daily mobilization of the community.

"As the DKI Jakarta PPKM is set at Level 1, these four services will be operated again and effectively serve the community starting today, Wednesday, November 10, 2021," said Betris in a statement, Wednesday, November 10.

TransJakarta has prepared 35 fleet units that are ready to serve the community on weekdays during peak hours, namely in the morning at 05.00 a.m. - 10.00 a.m. and in the afternoon at 15.00 p.m. - 21.00 p.m.

For the Kaliadem-Kota route (12A), TransJakarta buses will serve customers every day from 06.00 a.m. to 17.00 p.m.

Betris said that in the future TransJakarta will reopen other routes which are still being adjusted. The opening will be done in stages.

"TransJakarta will continue to evaluate and provide the best and maximum possible service to customers. We will try to be consistent in providing transportation services that will be comfortable and convenient, especially during the pandemic," Betris said.

As a reminder, TransJakarta customers are required to show proof of vaccination through the PeduliLindungi application, JAKI, or a vaccination certificate that has been printed or downloaded on their respective cellphones.
