JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is investigating the alleged existence of a fictitious decree related to land acquisition for SMKN 7 South Tangerang. This investigation was carried out by summoning six witnesses on Monday, November 8 yesterday.

The six witnesses examined were Supriyati, Ujang Diana, Dian Hardianto, Mochamad Hendra, Fahrozi, and Moammar Yasser. Ali said they were all implementers at the Banten Province Education and Culture Office.

"The witnesses and confirmed are related to the alleged existence of a fictitious Decree regarding the formation of a committee for land acquisition, one of which is for SMKN 7 South Tangerang at the Banten Province Education and Culture Office for Fiscal Year 2017," he said.
