JAKARTA - The Chancellor of Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta Jamal Wiwoho apologized for the death of one of his students, Gilang Endi Saputra (21) while attending Basic Education and Training (Diklatsar) of the Student Regiment (Menwa).
