Bobby Nasution Appoints First Senior Leadership Officer: Work Immediately, If Targets Are Not Achieved By The Wrong Boss

JAKARTA - The Mayor of Medan, Bobby Nasution inaugurated the officials of the Pratama High Management and the Administrators of the Medan City Government.

There are 50 officials who have been inaugurated, with details of 2 Primary High Leadership officials and 48 Administrator Officers.

The inauguration which was held in the central courtyard of the Medan Mayor's office was witnessed by the Deputy Mayor of Medan, Aulia Rachman, Chair of the Medan City DPRD, Hasyim, Kasdim 0201/Medan, Lt. Col. Inf. Zainal Abidin Rambe, Medan City Secretary, Wiriya Alrahman, and OPD leaders in the Medan City Government.

The inauguration began with taking the oath of office and then continued with the symbolic submission of the Medan Mayor's Decree.

After the inauguration, the Mayor of Medan Bobby Nasution in his speech said that the reorganization and refreshment in the ranks of the Medan City Government was aimed at accelerating the unification of the vision and mission of the Medan City Government which must be carried out properly and as soon as possible. Because if you take time to feel the impact, it is the community.

"We have understood the five priority programs and the two supporting programs, all of which must understand the program to be implemented immediately," said Bobby Nasution, quoted from the information from the Medan City Government Diskominfo, Friday, November 5.

Bobby Nasution also said that the administrators who were sworn in today were a recommendation from their respective Heads of Service. This means that if the field cannot carry out the task, the assessment is not only carried out on the field but also the service.

"Because to carry out the task there must be a good team, if the target is not achieved, it means that something is wrong in the upper ranks," said Bobby Nasution.

During the inauguration, Bobby Nasution also reminded newly appointed officials not to commit extortion or corruption in the Medan City Government.

"This is an action that must be abandoned, what needs to be developed at this time is self-potential," Bobby Nasution said.

"Today I have to go straight to work, I want to see changes from each service, if there are no changes, then one team will be evaluated," said Bobby Nasution.

There are also 50 officials who were sworn in today, 2 of them are Pratama High Leaders, namely Suryadi Panjaitan, who previously served as Director of RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Medan, was inaugurated as Head of Population Control and Family Planning Head.

Later, Zurkarnain was inaugurated as Head of the Medan City Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency who previously served as Head of Population and Civil Registration Office.

As for the Acting Administrator of the 48 people who were inaugurated, among them, M.Ali Sipahutar, who previously served as the Head of Medan Denai Sub-district, was inaugurated as Head of the General Section of the Secretary of the Medan DPRD, dr. Mardohar was inaugurated as Secretary of the Health Service, Hendra Ridho G Siregar became Secretary of the Cooperatives and MSMEs Service, Kiki Zulfikar was appointed Secretary of the Education Office.

Indra Gunawan was appointed Secretary of the Regional Disaster Management Agency, Loli Siti Khadijah Lubis was appointed Assistant Inspector of the Medan City Inspectorate, Muhammad Rizki Husni was appointed Head of Public Communications of the Medan City Communications and Information Office, and Duma Gultom was appointed the Head of Statistics and Public Information of the Medan City Communications and Information Office.
