BMKG Weather Forecast: Several Big Cities In Indonesia Will Experience Rain With Lightning Friday, November 5

JAKARTA - The Meteorology, Climatology, Geophysics Agency (BMKG) said that a number of major cities in Indonesia are predicted to experience rain accompanied by lightning and thunder on Friday, November 5.

Based on information quoted by Antara, through the www.bmkg.go.id page in Jakarta on Friday, the BMKG appealed to the cities of Banda Aceh, Bengkulu, Bandung, Pangkal Pinang, Mataram, Pekanbaru and Manado to be aware of the occurrence of rain accompanied by lightning and thunder.

In addition to thunderstorms, a number of cities are also predicted to experience moderate-intensity rain, namely Tanjung Pinang, Bandar Lampung, Makassar and Kendari.

Meanwhile, the cities suspected of having the potential for light rain are Serang, DKI Jakarta, Gorontalo, Jambi, Semarang, Surabaya, Pontianak, Banjarmasin, Palangkaraya, Ambon, Padang, Kupang and Palembang.

The BMKG also said that the cities of Denpasar, DI Yogyakarta, Jayapura, Manokwari, Mamuju and Palembang will experience cloudy weather. Meanwhile, the city of Samarinda is forecasted to have thick cloudy weather and Tarakan will experience cloudy sunny weather.

According to the BMKG, the temperature range in these cities is on a scale of 23 to 34 degrees Celsius and the humidity percentage will reach 55 to 100 percent.
