ACEH - The Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation of the Aceh Police has detained a suspect in a suspected criminal act of corruption in the procurement of ducks at the Southeast Aceh Regency Agriculture Service for the 2019 Fiscal Year with a value of Rp. 12.9 billion.

Kombes Sony Sanjaya said the determination of the suspect was based on the results of the case carried out by Sub-Directorate III of Corruption Crimes at the Aceh Police Special Criminal Investigation Directorate.
"We have filed a case related to a corruption case related to the procurement of ducks in Southeast Aceh. As a result, four people have been named as suspects," said Kombes Pol Sony Sanjaya.
The middle-ranking officer of the National Police said that the four suspects had the initials MR as the Commitment Making Officer (PPK) and the US as the Budget User (PA) for the procurement of ducks.
Then, the other two are KHS alias AS as the executor of the duck procurement activity as well as the director of the CV BD company and YP as the CV BD field executor.
"All of them have fulfilled the elements to be named suspects in cases that are very detrimental to the country. Investigators continue to complete case files to be transferred to public prosecutors," said Kombes Pol Sony Sanjaya.
The Southeast Aceh Regency Government in 2019 allocated funds in the amount of Rp. 12.9 billion in the District Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBK).
The budget sourced from the general allocation fund (DAU) was used to procure 84,459 laying ducks which were distributed to 194 livestock groups, 500 each per group.
