JAKARTA - A week before the event, Ravel Entertainment as the promoter, provided certainty regarding the Hammersonic Festival 2026 which is scheduled to take place at the Nusantara International Convention Exhibition (NICE) PIK 2 on May 2 and 3.

Through an announcement uploaded on the official Instagram account, the promoter confirmed that they would still hold Hammersonic for those who really want to come. On the other hand, it provides another option for those who want a refund (refund) of tickets.

"The decision we have taken is to maintain the continuity of the Hammersonic Festival 2026 and ensure that fans who really want to attend can still enjoy the festival," said the promoter, quoted Friday, April 24.

"After seeing the development of the situation and hearing your voices directly, we understand that there are still many Hammerheads who want to continue to attend the Hammersonic Festival 2026. Therefore, our main priority is to ensure that official ticket holders can still attend the Hammersonic Festival 2026," he continued.

Regarding the refund option, the promoter gives freedom to those who already hold tickets, where the application will start on Monday, April 27.

"We also emphasize that currently the refund policy is intended for ticket holders who choose to make a refund. The refund link will be opened from April 27 - April 28, 2026. After making a refund, you cannot make a new ticket purchase again because we will officially close ticket purchases," he said.

"We have heard you and we do not want the decisions we make to harm the loyal fans of the Hammersonic Festival 2026, who come from both domestic and foreign countries," the promoter added. "On that basis, ticket holders who choose not to make a refund can still attend the Hammersonic Festival 2026 with the same policy, namely 1 ticket for 2 people for early ticket holders."

Further regarding the special invitation previously delivered by Ravel Junardy as CEO of Ravel Entertainment, the opportunity is still available with a very limited quota.
