Bruno Mars' New Album to Be Released February 27

JAKARTA - Bruno Mars is confirmed to end the long wait of fans for almost a decade for the presence of a new album.

Previously, Mars through his X account, delivered a short announcement that he had completed his latest album.

"My album is done," Mars wrote, quoted by Kamos, January 8.

Following up on the brief announcement, Mars announced the details of the album's title and release date via his Instagram account.

He stated that there was new music to be shared this week, before the new album was fully launched.

"New music this Friday," Mars wrote, quoting the caption of the upload.

"(The album titled) The Romantic is coming out on 2.27 (February 27)," he added.

The overwhelming reaction also filled the comment section, where fans expressed their longing for Bruno Mars' magical touch as a single.

Some fans wrote that they had been waiting for years and hoped that this wait would be worth the quality of the music offered. While others enthusiastically welcomed the king's return to his throne.

Since releasing his third solo album ten years ago, Mars has not completely disappeared from the radar. He formed the phenomenal duo Silk Sonic with Anderson .Paak in 2021 which gave birth to the hit "Leave the Door Open".

Recently, Bruno Mars has once again dominated the world music charts thanks to a series of successful strategic collaborations. He was involved in the emotional ballad "Die With A Smile" with Lady Gaga, to a viral cross-cultural collaboration with BLACKPINK's Rosé through the song "APT.".
