JAKARTA - Barasuara vocalist, Asteriska, decided to leave his still young music project, Asteriska & The Fellow Stars.

Through his personal Instagram account, the 37-year-old singer explained that he was no longer part of the group which was a continuation of his solo project outside Barasuara.

"As of December 2025, I have resigned from Fellowstars," said Asteriska, quoting the caption of the upload, Friday, January 2.

At the same time, Asteriska also released her responsibility for the Instagram account, @thefellowstars, even inviting her fans to stop following the account.

"I have not logged in to social media fellowstars, because the password has been changed by another party. So if there is a DM (direct message) or post from the account, it has nothing to do with me, and it is no longer my responsibility," said the woman whose full name is Cabrini Arestika Widiantini.

"Thank you, friends, you have supported the project. If you want to unfollow the account, it's also gpp," he added.

Without giving further reasons, the Bandung-born singer stated that he preferred to focus on his solo project and Barasuara.

"I now want to focus on Asteriska and Barasuara solo, I want to release a lot in 2026. God willing," he said.
