JAKARTA - Grammy Award-winning singer Beyoncé has officially become a trillionaire, after completing one of the most successful tours this year, the Cowboy Carter Tour, which dominated the US music scene.

According to the latest report from Forbes, Jay-Z's wife is the fifth musician in history to break through the trillion-dollar mark.

Based on data from Billboard Boxscore, the Cowboy Carter Tour series recorded gross revenue of 407.6 million US dollars or around Rp. 6.3 trillion from 1.6 million tickets sold.

Forbes noted that in addition to the success of the tour, the income from the Renaissance World Tour in 2023 and his new business lines - such as Cécred and SirDavis Whisky - were also factors in driving the valuation of his wealth.
