Angie Carvalho Facing Her Bitter Unreply Love In The Second Single, Relieves

JAKARTA - The talented young singer who graduated from Indonesian Idol, Angie Carvalho, returned to greet Indonesian music lovers by releasing her second single entitled Merlekakan under the auspices of Universal Music Indonesia.

After the success of a one-sided love story in his single debut, Just a Dream', now the 17-year-old singer takes listeners further, absorbing a bitter statement: true love doesn't always have to have each other.

"This song 'Relieved' can be said to be quite connected to my previous single, namely 'Just a Dream'. Both of them tell stories of love that don't reply, they have to be relaxed because love doesn't have to have and sometimes can only be enjoyed only in dreams," said Angie in her statement, Tuesday, November 11.

In music, the theme of love is often raised, but Angie, through the lyrics written by Krisna Triastantya, emphasizes a sincere acceptance side.

Freedom talks about sincerity accepting the reality: even though there is love, destiny may not side with togetherness.

"This song depicts longing, willingness, and bitter calm that is wrapped in notes that I think are sweet, gentle, and touching," Angie said.
