JAKARTA - The singer-songwriter from the US, Halsey, recently shared the latest news about his health after spending the night in the emergency room (IGD) to undergo treatment.
The incident, which was referred to as a "light medical emergency", took place shortly after he completed his first appearance from two concerts scheduled for Boston.
Through an upload on Instagram Story, Halsey announced that he was forced to spend the night in the ER.
"Bston, I'll be honest with you, after last night's show, I'm in the ER until 6 this morning," Halsey wrote on Instagram Story, Monday, November 3.
Although he did not specify the exact reason he had to be hospitalized, Halsey confirmed that he had a minor medical emergency after his first concert in Boston.
However, the 'Without Me' singer immediately assured fans that his condition was good enough and ready to return to appear as scheduled at the second concert only a few hours after being allowed to return from the hospital.
"But I'm breeding now and ready to shake tonight! However, if I look like I'm limiting movement, that's the reason!" added the 31-year-old singer.
Not to forget, Halsey also expressed his gratitude to the medical team who had treated him while in the ER. He called them the best team he had ever met.
It's no secret Halsey is known to be very open about his health struggle. Since 2018, he has revealed an endometrosis diagnosis, and has even undergone surgery for the condition.
He also shared a painful experience on stage when he had a miscarriage at the age of 20.
