Rossa's New Break-up: Delivers 'Electronic Flare' To Asmara Dansa Roadshow To Four Cities

JAKARTA - Rossa doesn't want to stop innovating. Success with the 'Here I Am' concert last June, the singer who is often called Ratu Pop Indonesia presents a new breakthrough with an extended play (EP) and a roadshow to the four big cities.

The singer, who has worked in the Indonesian music industry for more than 25 years, presents the latest EP entitled 'Asmara Dansa'.

Through this EP, Rossa presents a unique combination, in which she reinterprets the three legendary songs with a touch of modern arrangements from well-known electronic music producer Dipha Barus.

Instead of just a regular remake, Rossa tries to generate the charm of classic songs once popularized by big names like Chrisye and Sheila Majid.

"So through this I want to pay my respects to one of the role models and inspiration for me in music," he added.

The mini album Asmara Dansa as a whole is dominated by arrangements worked on by Dipha Barus, which combine dance, pop, and electronic elements into a dynamic unit.

The roadshow series will begin in Jakarta on November 7, followed by Bandung (15 November), Yogyakarta (29 November), and closed in Surabaya on December 5.
