Preparing For NCT Dream Concert, JIS Anticipates Spectator Flow

JIS will be the venue for NCT Dream (Doc. Jakpro) concert

JAKARTA - The Jakarta International Stadium (JIS) is preparing to become a venue for the NCT Dream concert on September 27 '28 tomorrow. Preparations have entered the finalization which includes checking details starting from the stage system, sound system, security, to supporting facilities, so that the entire series of events can run smoothly according to schedule.

Shinta Kesumadewi Syam, Head of SBU JIS, ensured that the concert would be safe and comfortable. NCTzen will experience a magical concert.

PT Jakarta Propertindo (Perseroda) or Jakpro as the manager of JIS affirms its commitment to fully support the implementation of this concert. In terms of traffic engineering, Jakpro has coordinated with the Police, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Transportation Service, Satpol PP, and related agencies to anticipate potential congestion around the stadium.

These efforts include regulating the entry and exit of spectators, providing additional parking bags, to coordinating the management of the main parking area.

"With the strength of BUMD synergy, we are also supported by TransJakarta through adjusting operating hours and adding fleets during the activity. This is done so that audience mobility remains comfortable and safe," added Shinta.

JIS has its own challenges in holding events outside the sport, including related to large audience flow management, maintaining post-event field conditions, and ensuring all facilities remain optimal. For this reason, JIS has prepared field recovery steps after the concert.

The treatment process is targeted to be completed within 2'3 weeks, depending on field conditions. These efforts are carried out intensively through pruning, embroidery, aerated technology, measurable watering, to providing special nutrition.

The agronomitous team will also carry out daily monitoring so that the recovery takes place optimally. All these steps are part of JIS' commitment to maintain the quality of the stadium while ensuring the sustainability of the next event.
