Two Deredia Songs Chosen As Soundtracks Continued Salah, Ended With Pain

JAKARTA - Gala perdana film Dilanjutkan Salah, Dihabiti Perih yang digelar di Jakarta turut dimerikan grup musik Deredia. Mereka menjadi pengiisi soundtrack di film arahan Benni Setiawan tersebut.

Dua lagu Deredia, yakni " Malam Bergelora" dan "Fantasi Bunga" dipilih karena memiliki unsur klasik yang dirasa cocok dengan filmnya.

"Even though the song is not an old song, it is indeed a 'vibe' that supports it," said Benni quoting ANTARA, September 18.

Benni said his decision to choose the song Deredia was also supported by the owner of the story idea Garin Nugroho (screenwriter) and Bambang Drias (producer), before the production or filming of the film "Continued Salah, Ended with Perih" was carried out.

"The song was chosen before filming, I asked Mr Garin, Mr Garin said he liked the song," continued Benni.

The song "Bergelora Night" was first released as a single in 2023 by a group that was then manned by Louise totaling (vocalist), Raynhard Lewis (keyboardist), Yosua Simanjuntak (guitarist), Papa Ical ( bass player), and Aryo Wicaksono ( drum mixer).

"Bergelora Night" comes on their second album titled "Bianglala" with the story of a couple who are enjoying the beauty of the star-studded sky in a cool wind park.

While the song "Fantasi Bunga" is the song from the first album of the Deredia group entitled "Bunga & Miles" in 2016.
